Anna in Japan

To start off my 2019, I took my first big break of the year and flew across the world to Japan. I was able to stay with a friend and her family who live in a town called Hibarigaoka. For 10 days I got to experience the perfection that is Japan. Throughout the trip we mostly shopped our way through small busy streets, but of course made time for beautiful traditional gardens and serene temples. From silent train rides to even more silent parks, this was definitely my most relaxing vacation yet.
